Why do I see duplicate transactions?

  1. Check to make sure it is not actually a duplicate charge from the same merchant. You can do this by logging in directly to your banking website and verifying that the transaction is not duplicated there.
  2. Check to make sure one of the duplicates is not pending. Pending transactions typically drop off after 7 business days.
  3. If the duplicate transaction does not show up on your bank's website, then please reach out to us. Please include:

                     Name of your financial institution
                     Date of the duplicate transactions
                     Name of duplicate transaction
                     Amount of duplicate transaction
